I am experiencing corporate discrimination from the Minnesota Healtheast corporation; discrimination against African American patients negelected of cares, and minority workers; unfair work practices; compared to white employees daily work assignments, without employee rights posting in break rooms throughout the entire building; local union 113 refused to hear employee complaints. I would like to know in ideas that you would have on this as I move forward.
Workplace discrimination is not a laughing matter, for certain. If you are facing such discrimination, it is never a bad idea to bring it to the attention of your supervisors and Human Resources office… (and unions, of course) -however… if it continues and is not stopped you can always go to the press with your experiences. I would also consider looking into legal representation. With the right organizational support behind you, a campaign could always be launched against such a company for allowing discrimination.
Change happens because of our united efforts.
Those are simply a few ideas, but it’s up to you as to where you go with this. I can’t tell you exactly what to do, given that the circumstances of all of this are unknown to me. Either way, best of luck!
